NOTE: This functionality requires you to have registered some secret question in the GrainCorp Login Account Management Tool. Click here for more information.
A GrainTransact account will be locked after three failed login attempts. If you still know your password you can unlock the account without changing the password.
Instructions
1. Access the GrainCorp Login Account Management Tool at: https://adss.graincorp.com.au/showLogin.cc
2. Click on the Is Your Account Locked? Unlock Your Account option on the GrainCorp Login Account Management tool homepage.
Result: The Unlock Your Account page displays.
3. Type your GrainTransact User Name in the User Name field.
4. Click on the Continue button to access the security questions.
Result: The Security Questions page is displayed.
5. Type the answer to the first question in the first Answers field.
6. Press the Tab key on the keyboard to move to the second Answers field.
7. Type the answer to the second question in the bottom Answers field.
8. Press the Tab key on the keyboard to move to the Word Verification field.
9. Type the characters as seen in the picture in the Work Verification field.
Note: The letters are not case-sensitive.
10. Click on the Continue button to gain access to the Unlock Account page.
Result: The Unlock Account page displays.
11. Click in the Word Verification field to access the field.
12. Type the characters as seen in the picture in the Work Verification field.
13. Click on the Unlock Account button to unlock the account.
Result: A message will display that reads:
The unlock account has been done successfully.
Proceed with your normal operations.
